Die Hautarztpraxis sucht zum nächstmöglich Zeitpunkt eine engagierte, zuverlässige und freundliche medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, welche auch in lebhaften Momenten den Überblick behält.

Wir bieten unseren Patienten das volle Spektrum der Dermatologie an: Hautkrebsscreening, konventionelle Dermatologie, Allergologie, Lasermedizin, ambulante Operationen, ästhetische Anwendungen.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Freundliche Patientenaufnahme und Terminmanagement
  • Telefonannahme
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen im Praxisalltag
  • Dokumentation und Verwaltung der Patientendaten
  • Durchführung kleinerer Labor- und Hygienetätigkeiten
  • Bestellwesen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur MFA
  • Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • sicherer Umgang mit Praxissoftware (Turbomed) wäre vorteilhaft, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Teamfähigkeit
