### Ihre Aufgaben

### Patientenmanagement

  • Freundlicher Empfang sowie Betreuung unserer Patienten
  • Organisation der Patientenverwaltung
  • Professionelle Terminplanung und -koordination

### Dokumentation & Praxisorganisation

  • Vorbereitung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Patientenakten
  • Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe

### Medizinische Assistenz

  • Durchführung einfacher medizinischer Tests
  • Assistenz bei Untersuchungen, Behandlungen und ggf. kleineren operativen Eingriffen

### Spezialisierte Aufgaben im HNO-Bereich

  • Durchführung audiologischer, oto-neurologischer und allergologischer Testverfahren
  • Anleitung und Vorbereitung der Patienten für Schlafuntersuchungen
  • Blutabnahmen

### Weitere Tätigkeiten

  • Materialbestellung, -lagerung und -verwaltung
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Praxisablaufs

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Freundliches Auftreten und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Patienten
