Ihre Aufgaben

Support & Beratung: Sie sind der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für Arztpraxen bei Fragen rund um die
Praxissoftware
Schulungen durchführen: Sie führen praxisnahe Online- oder Vor-Ort-Schulungen durch und erklären
die Anwendung der Software verständlich und strukturiert.
Praxisnahe Lösungen finden: Sie helfen Praxen bei alltäglichen Anliegen zu Workflows, Organisation,
Abrechnung oder Dokumentation.
Teamarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem IT- Supportteam zusammen, um unseren Kunden den besten Service zu bieten.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA/ZFA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Freude am Erklären und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und Wissen weiterzugeben.
Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an digitalen Prozessen im Gesundheitswesen
Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Geduld im Umgang mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern
Führerschein Klasse B
