Wir suchen eine/n medizinische Fachangestellte (w/m/d) für den Empfangsbereich.

Als moderne Praxis mit Spezialisierung auf Innere Medizin und Gastroenterologie liegt der Fokus auf einer patientenorientierten Betreuung und einem professionellen Praxisablauf.

###### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA, Arzthilfe oder Abschluss mit gleichwertiger Qualifikation (w/m/d)
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Patienten und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und souveräner Umgang mit administrativen Abläufen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Praxissoftware und MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

###### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Patienten, inklusive Terminmanagement und Telefonservice
  • Organisation und Koordination des Praxisablaufs
  • Bearbeitung von Patientenanfragen
  • Verwaltung von Patientenakten und Unterstützung im Dokumentationswesen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Praxisorganisation
