  • Die Plasmavita Healthcare GmbH ist ein modernes Unternehmen, welches auf die Gewinnung von humanem Blutplasma zur weiteren Verarbeitung zu Humanarzneimitteln spezialisiert ist. Aktuell betreibt das Unternehmen in Deutschland acht Plasmaspendezentren mit ca. 230 MitarbeiterInnen und trägt damit maßgeblich zur Versorgungssicherheit mit Blutplasmaprodukten bei.
  • Du arbeitest in einem modernen Plasmaspendezentrum und begleitest unsere Spenderinnen herzlich und kompetent durch den Spendeprozess. Dich erwarten ein sympathisches Team, geregelte Arbeitszeiten, attraktive Vergütung und vielseitige Aufgaben rund um Plasmaspende und Probenverarbeitung. - Durchführung der Plasmapherese
  • Begrüßung, Begleitung, Betreuung und Überwachung der Spender
  • Unterstützung unserer Spendenärzte
  • Bearbeitung und Lagerung des gewonnenen Plasmas sowie der Blut- und Plasmaproben
  • Vorbereitung des Plasmatransports - Eine medizinische Ausbildung (Medizinische Fachangestellte, Arzthelferin, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Rettungssanitäter, Altenpfleger/in, o.Ä.)
  • Empathische und kommunikative Art
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine positive Persönlichkeit
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientiertheit
  • Motivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
