Wir suchen eine engagierte Medizinische Fachangestellte  (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zu dem eine Ärztin, ein Arzt, medizinische Assistenz, eine Reinigungskraft und Mitarbeiterinnen zur Büroassistenz zählen. Wir bieten eine Stelle in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

Die Aufgaben entsprechen den üblichen Aufgaben einer MFA in einer hausärztlichen Praxis mit breitem diagnostischem und therapeutischem Spektrum. Hierzu gehören verwaltungstechnische und medizinische Aufgaben. Die Aufgabenverteilung wird im Team regelmäßig abgesprochen und reflektiert.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Der Wunsch sich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Praxisverwaltungssoftware (bestenfalls Medistar) sowie MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patient:innen
  • Kompetente und selbstreflektierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
