Voraussetzungen:

· Spaß und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern (auch wenn`s mal laut wird )

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Verwaltungsassistenz, Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Bereich wünschenswert

· Gute EDV (MS Office und Easy Ordi) und Social Media (Instagram, Facebook) Kenntnisse

· Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Patienten und Eltern, per Telefon und E-Mail

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

· Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Verlässlichkeit

· Dienstzeiten in Absprache mit den KollegInnen (1x abends bis 19h, 1x morgens 7/8h)

Aufgaben:

· Patientenempfang und Administration

· Terminkoordination, Kommunikation am Telefon und per E-Mail

· Betreuung unserer Website

· Social Media Betreuung

· Data Management, Analyse & Kooperation mit Soft-/ Hardware Firmen
