  • Betreuung der Blutspender im gesamten Spendeprozess (Beratung, Information, Kontaktpflege, Einbestellung, Datenerfassung/-pflege, Vorbeugung/Behandlung bei Spendekomplikationen)
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung sowohl konventioneller Vollblutspenden als auch maschineller Plasma- und Thrombozytenspenden
  • Blutentnahmen
  • Weitere Bearbeitung der Blutspenden z.B. zu patientenbezogenen Präparaten
  • Herstellung und Lagerung von Blutpräparaten
  • Umgang mit Medizingeräten und Labor-EDV
  • Durchführen von mobilen Spendeterminen
  • Koordination von Spenderterminen
  • Arbeit in Früh- und Spätschicht / In der Regel keine Nacht-, Sonntags- oder Feiertagsdienste
  • Überwiegend stehende Tätigkeiten
  • Abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung, z. B. als Pflegefachfrau\*Pflegefachmann , Medizinische\*r Fachangestellte\*r (MFA), Notfallsanitäter\*in o. ä.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch min. B1-Niveau
  • Bereitschaft zu geregelten Früh- bzw. Spätschichten
  • Erfahrung in der Punktion erwünscht
  • Teamfähigkeit, soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft
