### Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Tätigkeit im Anmeldebereich der Ambulanz mit Schwerpunkt Patientenaufnahme, -verwaltung und Terminvergabe
  • Organisation des Ambulanzablaufs sowie Führung der Patientenstatistik und Aktenpflege
  • Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen
  • Abwicklung von Bestellungen
  • Durchführung von Blutabnahmen, Sehtests, Ruhe-EKGs, Spirometrien und Ergometrien

### Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/-r Fachangestellte/-r (MFA)
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ausgeprägtes Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässige, flexible und belastbare Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office (Word, Excel) und SAP
