Das Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer, Krankenhaus der Schwerpunktversorgung, verfügt über 484 Planbetten und 32 tagesklinische Plätze in den Fachabteilungen Innere Medizin, Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe, Gefäßchirurgie, Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie, Anästhesie, Pädiatrie und Neonatologie sowie den Sektionen Gelenkchirurgie und Neurochirurgie und versorgt jährlich ca. 26.000 stationäre Patientinnen und Patienten.

  • Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n
  • Medizinische:n Fachangestellte:n / MFA (w/m/d)
  • als Stationssekretär:in (w/m/d) in der Geburtshilfe.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört u.a.:

  • zugewandte und empathische Betreuung
  • digitale Patient:innennaufnahme
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen
  • Koordination der Bettenbelegung und Verlegung
  • Vorbereitung von Akten
  • Unterstützung bei Blutentnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei Untersuchungen

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r oder Gesundheits- und (Kinder-) Krankenpfleger:in (w/m/d)
  • fachliche und soziale Kompetenzen
  • ein hohes Maß an Sensibilität für die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Wöchnerinnen und deren Angehörigen
  • Diskretion, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, hohes Engagement und Organisationstalent
