Medizinische Fachangestellte für Hausarztpraxis in Hollage gesucht

Wir suchen möglichst zeitnah eine Medizinische Fachangestellte für unserer bereits seit 20 Jahren bestehende Hausarztpraxis in Wallenhorst / Ortsteil Hollage.

Es handelt sich um eine Einzelpraxis mit 2 angestellten Medizinischen Fachangestellten: einer Teilzeitstelle (aktuell 22 Std./Woche) und einer Minijob-Stelle (6,5 Std./ Woche).

Da sich unsere Teilzeitangestellte nach 9 Jahren Mitarbeit noch einmal beruflich verändern möchte, wünschen wir uns möglichst zeitnah eine Nachfolgerin / Nachfolger, damit sich der Übergang möglichst harmonisch durch eine gute Einarbeitung gestalten läßt.

Uns ist als kleines Team sehr wichtig, ein vertrauensvolles und faires Miteinander zu leben und persönliche Wünsche in Bezug auf den Praxisablauf möglichst weitgehend zu berücksichtigen.

Hinsichtlich der Arbeitsinhalte sind wir eine typische Hausarztprxis mit allen dort anfallenden Tätigkeiten wie PC-Arbeiten, Patienten-Telefonaten, Rezeptausstellungen, Impfungen, Blutabnahmen, EKG-Anfertigungen, DMP-Dokumentationen, Gesundheit-Check´s usw.
