  • Analyse von Laborparametern in klinischen Studien, von Hämatologie und Gerinnung über Klinische Chemie, Virusserologie und Hormone bis hin zur Urinanalyse
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, also Kontrollmessungen sowie Beurteilung und Freigabe der Ergebnisse gemäß RiliBÄK
  • Gerätepflege und -betreuung: Routinewartungen und Kalibrierungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Etablierung neuer Geräte und Methoden
  • Pflege von Stamm- und Routinedaten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von SOPs sowie Durchführung der Labor- und Studiendokumentation
  • Projektbetreuung - Messung, Dokumentation und Kundenkommunikation aus einer Hand
  • GxP-konformes Arbeiten als selbstverständlicher Standard
  • QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinischer Technologe für Laboratoriumsanalytik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im klinischen Labor von Vorteil, idealerweise bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit der Arbeit in klinischen Studien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften (faire Aufteilung im Team) und Wochenenddienste (studienabhängig)
  • Affinität zu digitalen Technologien und die Bereitschaft neue Systeme zügig zu erlernen
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise (nach GxP-Standards)
  • Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
