Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ein/e medizinisches Organisationstalent (m/w/d) in Festanstellung für Anmeldung/Rezeption, Terminkoordination, Praxisorganisation, Datenmanagement und Patientenbetreuung an unserem Prüfzentrum in Hannover.

  • Das ist Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
  • Patientenrekrutierung für klinische Studie
  • Erstkontakt für interessierte Studienteilnehmer und -patienten
  • Betreuung der Anmeldung/Rezeption und Organisation am Zentrum
  • Ansprechpartner für Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Patientendatenbank
  • Unterstützung des Studienteams im Studienalltag
  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem medizinischen Fachberuf
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Freundliches Auftreten und respektvoller Umgang mit Kollegen und Patienten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Das erwartet Sie
  • Mitarbeit in einem hochqualifizierten und kompetenten Team mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Durchführung klinischer Studien
