für unser Architektur-/Ingenieurbüro für Bauten im Gesundheitswesen

  • Das Büro der Gößling Hospitalplanung GmbH sucht Sie als Verstärkung eine(n)
  • Medizinplaner/in (m/w/d)

für die umfassende Bearbeitung von Neu- und Umbaumaßnahmen im Bereich Bauten des Gesundheitswesens.

  • Anforderungen:
  •  Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Medizin-, Labor- und Versorgungstechnik oder Krankenhaustechnik
  •  Kenntnisse in Logistik, Prozesssteuerung und Organisationsberatung
  •  Kenntnisse der HOAI LP 1-9, VOL/VOB, rechtssichere Anwendung
  •  Kenntnisse im Bereich der EDV- u. Datenbanksysteme (CAD, Ausschreibungsprogramme etc.), Microsoft Office
  •  Erfahrung im Bereich: Bestandsaufnahme, Raumbucherstellung, Ausschreibung sowie Kostenermittlung und –steuerung
  •  Selbständiges projektverantwortliches Arbeiten im Team, ggf. auch Erfahrung in Projekt-/Bauleitung
  •  Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unseren Auftraggebern und Projektpartnern
