Leiter Fahrradwerkstatt in der Eingliederungswerkstatt e.V.

Personalführung: 

  • Anleiten der in der Fahrradwerkstatt beschäftigten Mitarbeiter
  • Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter im fachlichen Bereich und Unterweisungen zum Thema Arbeitssicherheit
  • Durchführung von Teambesprechungen
  • Betreuung von Praktikanten, besonders im Hinblick auf eine zukünftige Beschäftigung; fachliche Beurteilung

Aufträge:

  • Organisation und Planung der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Kontrolle der ordnungsgemäßen Auftragsdurchführung (Endkontrolle)
  • Optimierung der Ersatzteilhaltung und Materialbestände
  • Lagerverwaltung incl. Einkauf von Ersatzteilen, Neurädern sowie von Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
  • Tägliche Barkassenkontrolle und Weitergabe der Belege und Einnahmen an das Betriebsbüro
  • Zeitnahe Weitergabe der Abrechnungsunterlagen an das Betriebsbüro zur Vorbereitung der Rechnungsstellung
  • Preiskalkulationen bzw. Nachkalkulationen durchführen
  • Kontrolle der Lagerbestände und Durchführung einer Jahresinventur bzw. Zwischeninventur

Sonstiges:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und des Vereinsvorstandes bei der Verfolgung der Vereinsziele
  • Durchsetzung der Vorgaben aus der Arbeitsordnung und der Vereinssatzung
