Aufgaben:

Operativ

  • Überwachung und Verantwortung der Fertigung von PVC- und Aluminium-Fenstern sowie -Türen
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzfähigkeit von Schweißmaschinen, Bearbeitungszentren und Verglasungssystemen
  • Steuerung und Einteilung des Personals in den Fertigungsbereichen Zuschnitt, Schweißerei, Montage und Endkontrolle
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Fertigungsplänen und Lieferterminen
  • Qualitätssicherung nach RAL- und CE-Richtlinien

Administrativ

  • Berichterstattung an die Produktionsleitung
  • Führen von Maschinen- und Wartungslisten (z. B. Schweißautomaten, CNC-Zentren)
  • Meldung von Produktionskennzahlen (z. B. Ausstoß, Ausschuss, Nacharbeit)

Profil

  • Meister im Bereich Tischler, Metallbau, Glaser, Kunststofftechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Fenster- und Türenfertigung (PVC/Alu) erforderlich
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Personalverantwortung erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Branchensoftware (z. B. Klaes, Orgadata/Logikal) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management und Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert
