Ihre Aufgaben:

  • · Verantwortliche Leitung auf der Schicht:
  • Koordination – Organisation, Ansprechpartner für das Personal in den Arbeitsgruppen Bade- und Sauna-
  • betrieb / Technik / Kasse / Bistro und Reinigung
  • · Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bade- und Saunabetriebes unter Einhaltung aller
  • Sicherheitsstandards

· Verantwortliche Wartung, Pflege und Überwachung der techn. Anlagen

  • · Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Kursen, Abnahme von
  • Schwimmabzeichen, serviceorientierte Betreuung der Bade- und Saunagäste

· Unterstützung in der Berufsausbildung der Fachangestellten für Bäderbetriebe
