### 🔧 Deine Aufgaben als Meister

Als Meister für Land- und Baumaschinenmechanik übernimmst du bei uns Verantwortung und gestaltest aktiv mit:

  • Fachliche Leitung und Organisation des Werkstattbetriebs
  • Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten
  • Diagnose komplexer mechanischer, hydraulischer, pneumatischer und elektrischer Systeme
  • Unterstützung und Anleitung von Gesellen und Auszubildenden
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Terminvorgaben
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Service und Verkauf
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Land- und Baumaschinenmechaniker-Handwerk
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Technische Leidenschaft und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Teamgeist sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit Kunden
