Als Meister übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für den Bereich der mechanischen Fertigung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter

Personaleinsatz- und Kapazitätsplanung

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termine

Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen, Materialfluss und Durchlaufzeiten

Entwicklung und Optimierung von Bearbeitungskonzepten für Dreh-, Fräs- und Bohrwerksbearbeitungen

Verantwortung für Werkzeugmanagement, Werkzeugbeschaffung nebst Kostenkontrolle

Planung und Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Betriebseinrichtungen

Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzstandards

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Drehen

Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

Erfahrung in der Einzelteilfertigung

Gute Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Zahnrädern, Ritzeln, Wellen und weiteren Komponenten der Antriebstechnik

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Werkstoffe und Wärmebehandlung

Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office

Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
