## Meister Produktion (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Mitarbeiterintegration und Qualifizierung

### Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und fachliche Begleitung unserer Mitarbeitenden, die aus der Türkei einreisen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Unterstützung des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Tätigkeit als Fachtrainer in der Crew Academy
  • Bewerberauswahl und -zuordnung
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden in externen Qualifizierungsprogrammen
  • Fachliche Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung des Personaleinsatzes im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und Fachbereichen

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanung
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie in der Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitenden von Vorteil
  • Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und interkulturelles Verständnis
  • Teamorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Türkischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für die Ausübung der Position erforderlich
