### Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Koordination von Kundendiensteinsätzen im Bereich SHK
  • Beratung der Kunden vor Ort und am Telefon
  • Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung über die Terminplanung, Koordinierung von Mitarbeitern, Materialplanung bis zur Abrechnung
  • Optimierung von Prozessen

### Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene SHK-Ausbildung (Meister, Techniker o.ä.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Kundenberatung & Projektierung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres kundenorientiertes Auftreten – sowohl telefonisch als auch persönlich
  • Klare und zielgerichtete Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
