  • Als Meister (w/m/d) SHK I Lüftung I Klima sorgen Sie mit Ihrem Team
  • dafür, dass alle technischen Anlagen zuverlässig funktionieren und das
  • Gebäude optimal instand gehalten werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung des operativen Teams vor Ort

  • Koordination und Ausführung von Service-, Wartungs- und
  • Instandsetzungsaufträgen an Lüftungsanlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Störungen sowie bei Wartungs- und komplexen
  • Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Klimatechnik
  • Operative Ansprechpartner für unseren Kunden in allen Fagen zu
  • Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen
  • Steuerung von Nachunternehmern inklusive Begleitung, Einweisung
  • und Leistungsabnahme

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker HKLS,
  • Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, Techniker, Meister (w/m/d)
  • oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, in der Gebäudetechnik /
  • Haustechnik oder in gewerkeübergreifenden Bereichen
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie eine ziel- und
  • lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran,
  • Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Führerschein Klasse B
