### Die Agrar-Genossenschaft "Altmärkische Höhe" eG ist ein landwirtschaftliches Unternehmen in der Altmark. Wir bewirtschaften eine landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche von 3.500 ha mit zurzeit 80 Mitarbeitern in den verschiedenen Betriebszweigen unseres Unternehmens: Pflanzenproduktion, Tierproduktion, Direktvermarktung Fleischerei, Werkstatt und Bau. Unsere Betriebsstätten verteilen sich auf 12 Dörfer der gesamten Region "Altmärkische Höhe".

Was Sie erwartet:

  • Tägliches Melken unseres Milchviehbestandes am Melkkarussell
  • Stallpflege mit dem Bobman
  • Tierbeobachtung und Sicherstellung des Tierwohls
  • Reinigung und Desinfektion des Melkstandes sowie der Arbeitsbereiche

Was wir erwarten:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landwirt/-in (m/w/d) – Quereinsteiger möglich
  • Tierliebe und technisches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexibel einsetzbar
