Member Associate

Description

As a Member Associate at Bloc Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service while promoting a welcoming and engaging fitness environment. You will assist with membership inquiries, process transactions, and ensure members have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• •Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• •Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
• •Offer and lead tours to prospective members.
• •Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships, programs, and amenities.
• •Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
• •Assist with billing, payments, and basic account troubleshooting.
• •Promote and sell fitness center services, including personal training.
• •Support member retention efforts by engaging with members and addressing concerns.
• •Enforce facility policies and ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• •Assist with event coordination and member engagement initiatives.
• •Perform light administrative and maintenance duties as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent required.
• •Previous customer service experience preferred.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership software a plus.
• •Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
