What you'll do
Invent the technological paradigms that’ll govern the next generation of products in the age of consumer AI
Advance the next big frontier of AI: emotional intelligence and relational reasoning
Contribute to our agent harness, high velocity data pipelines, simulations and evals suite, and foundational platform engineering

Exceptional systems designers that think in terms of architecture, not syntax
Founder mentality with attention to detail that care about the backside of the fence
Strong communicator with high confidence and low ego
P99 consumer of claude code and codex tokens
Experience with Typescript, Python, and building agentic systems
