Our Member Services team is the first point of contact for members and guests—and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality with every interaction. As a Member Services Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless golf experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

• •Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor
• •Assist with golf bags: unloading, transporting, and setting up on carts or range
• •Clean and maintain golf carts and clubs before and after use
• •Maintain the driving range, including ball collection and setup
• •Monitor the needs of members and respond promptly to service requests
• •Provide information about club offerings and golf course etiquette as needed
• •Support the golf team and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience

Requirements

• •Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• •Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• •Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
• •Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
