YOUR ROLE

Provide L3 production support for Mendix applications, ensuring incident resolution, platform stability, performance optimization and continuous improvement of business-critical solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• •Strong experience with Mendix application support and maintenance in production environments
• •Solid knowledge of Microflows, Domain Modelling, Security and User Role Management
• •Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• •Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance analysis skills
• •Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• •Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and production support processes
• •Experience within Application Managed Services (AMS) environments
• •Knowledge of Incident Management, SLAs and prioritisation models (P1-P4)
• •Ability to balance rapid incident resolution with long-term application stability and platform reliability
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Hybrid-Model: 2 times a week in the Capgemini Offices
• •Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

NICE TO HAVE

• •Mendix Certifications (Rapid, Intermediate or Advanced)
• •Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Finance or other regulated environments
• •Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (SSO, IAM and certificates)
• •French language skills
