What We’re Looking For

Licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW).

Clinicians who are available to work evenings and/or weekends - our highest-demand hours for client care.

Experience with children (age 3+).

Experience with trauma/EMDR.

Experience with eating disorders.

Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Motivated to grow clinically and professionally.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual therapy to clients.

Facilitate group therapy (if experienced and interested).

Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Collaborate with external providers and community resources when needed.

Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning.

Schedule & Expectations

Part-time, fee-for-service role.

Minimum expectation: 12 clients per week.

Required availability: at least 2 evenings (after 4pm) and/or 1 weekend day

Evening/weekend hours will be prioritized in caseload building

Primarily based in Manalapan with potential flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

$65 per session (90837).

Based on licensure level, experience, and availability.

Sick time in compliance with NJ Earned Sick Leave Law.
