En GomezLee Marketing , buscamos un(a) Mercaderista que garantice la correcta exhibición, rotación y disponibilidad de nuestros productos en los puntos de venta, contribuyendo al crecimiento de las ventas y fortaleciendo la presencia de la marca.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Asegurar la correcta exhibición y posicionamiento de los productos en góndolas y espacios asignados.

Realizar visitas periódicas a los puntos de venta para verificar inventario, rotación y disponibilidad de productos.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora en exhibiciones y espacios comerciales.

Negociar espacios promocionales y exhibiciones adicionales con los encargados de tienda.

Apoyar en la implementación de materiales promocionales y activaciones en el punto de venta.

Capacitar al personal de tienda sobre las características y beneficios de los productos.

Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre la ejecución en punto de venta y el desempeño de los productos.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa como mercaderista o posiciones similares en consumo masivo.

Conocimiento en merchandising y ejecución en punto de venta .

Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación .

Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y desplazamiento entre diferentes puntos de venta.

Licencia de conducir y vehículo propio .

Bachiller o estudiante universitario.

Manejo básico de herramientas tecnológicas o apps de reporte .
