Responsibilities

• •Greet customers promptly and schedule service appointments.
• •Listen to and document customer concerns accurately.
• •Create detailed repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly to technicians.
• •Translate customer concerns into standard automotive repair terminology.
• •Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle service history.
• •Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times.
• •Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• •Coordinate parts ordering and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• •Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• •Deliver an exceptional Mercedes-Benz ownership experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.
• •Meet dealership performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.

Requirements

Requirements

• •Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant experience required.
• •Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required.
• •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• •CDK and Xtime experience preferred.
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• •Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• •Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software.

Salary Description

$75,000 - $150,000+ annually
