Mercedes Service Concierge

Full-time schedule: Tuesday through Friday 8am to 5pm & Saturday 8am to 4pm.

$18/hr starting

Ken Garff Mercedes, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Mercedes Service Concierge that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

Looking for:

• •Highly precise work and highly accountable

• •Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

What you’ll do as a Mercedes Service Concierge:

• •Greet clients warmly upon arrival and direct them where to go and interact with them in a professional, friendly, and caring manner
• •Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
• •Clean, organize service drive, service shop and service lot
• •Keep the drive clear by parking cars and storing keys
• •Pick up and deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed
• •Provide support to service advisors to ensure efficient daily service department operations.
• •Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• •Safely park, retrieve, and move customer vehicles as needed.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
• •Inspect and check in loaner vehicles upon return, documenting vehicle condition and verifying readiness for future clients.
• •Offer water, snacks, and other refreshments to clients arriving at or departing from the dealership.
• •Assist clients with a smooth and comfortable service visit by anticipating their needs and providing attentive, courteous assistance.
• •Maintain Mercedes-Benz customer service standards, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
