MES Application Support – IT Support

Role Overview:

Responsible for MES application support, troubleshooting, development, testing, commissioning, and production support across A/B/C shifts.

Key Skills:

MES Application Support / Sustenance

PLC, HMI & SCADA

SQL – Read/Write Queries & Stored Procedures

GE Cimplicity, OPC DA/UA & Modbus – advantage

Industrial Networks – Ethernet/IP, Profibus

Java / C#.NET

Application troubleshooting & analytical skills

ITIL processes and production support

Key Responsibilities:

Provide MES application support as per production requirements.

Troubleshoot MES, PLC, HMI and SCADA-related issues.

Support application development, testing and commissioning.

Coordinate with business teams and IT infrastructure teams.

Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL processes.

Work in A, B and C shifts as per production schedule.
