What You’ll Do:

Empower Independence:

Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their daily routines and activities.

Build Meaningful Connections:

Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.

Promote Safety & Wellbeing:

Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.

Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals we support

Collaborate for Impact:

Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Advocate with Heart:

Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.

Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.

Who You Are:

• ✔ Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques, strong communication skills
• ✔ 18+ years old with a clean background, valid driver's license, clean driving record
