  • Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Serien- und Sondermessungen inklusive Plausibilitätsbewertung und Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Erst- und Letztteilfreigaben
  • Programmierung und Bedienung von 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen, insbesondere mit QUINDOS, sowie Erstellung von Messprogrammen anhand technischer Zeichnungen
  • Erstellung von Aufspann- und Messablaufplänen sowie Vorbereitung von Messmaschinen und Bauteilen
  • Dokumentation der Messergebnisse und Klärung messtechnischer Fragestellungen
  • Störungsanalyse und -behebung, Problemberichte
  • Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten nach Wartungsplan
  • Profil:
  • Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung von 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen, idealerweise mit der Software QUINDOS
  • Kenntnisse in der Merkmalsdefinition, beispielsweise nach AUKOM sowie messtechnisches Basiswissen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Core Tools wie MSA und SPC, mit QM-Systemen sowie mit Infor LN, Albatros und MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in Messmaschinen-Programmiersprachen
  • sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise, technisches Verständnis, Fähigkeit zur systematischen Störungsanalyse sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
