Unser Unternehmen ist im Bereich des CNC-Drehen und Fräsen spezialisiert, wobei die Fertigung komplexer Bauteile und die Abwicklung von externen Bearbeitungen unsere Stärke sind.

Voraussetzungen und Aufgaben:

  • Produktionsbegleitende Prüfung gefertigter Teile
  • Zeichnungsanalysen
  • Bemusterungen
  • Kontrolle des Wareneingangs
  • Messmittelüberwachung
  • Messtechnik für 3D Koordinatenmessung, 3D Scan, etc.
  • Unterstützung und Einführung der ISO GPS

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du organisiert deinen Arbeitsablauf selbst in Absprache mit den Kollegen der Produktion und der Qualitätssicherung.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gewissenhafter Arbeitsstil
  • Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Zerspanung und kannst an Maschinenbauteilen Mess- und Prüfaufgaben durchführen.
  • Du bist geschickt im Erlernen der Bedienung von Prüfgeräten und Messmaschinen.
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für die Kontrolle von Oberflächen.
