Meine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) und Erstmusterprüfungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Prüfungen an Teilen und Baugruppen
  • Auswahl und Erstellung von Prüfplänen
  • Planung und Dokumentation der Prüfabläufe
  • Einrichtung und Programmierung von Messmitteln
  • Prüfung, Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Rückmeldung bei Abweichungen und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen

Mein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallfacharbeiterbereich oder mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Vermessung, insbesondere mit 3D-Messtechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätssicherung
  • Verständnis für mehrdimensionale Bauteile
  • Routine im Umgang mit der FARO-Software
  • Sichere Anwendung von PPAP und der Erstmusterprüfung
