Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von PPAP und Erstmusterprüfung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Prüfungen von Teilen und
  • Baugruppen
  • Auswahl und Erstellung der Prüfpläne
  • Planung und Dokumentation der Prüfabläufe
  • Einrichtung und Programmierung der Messmittel
  • Prüfung, Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Rückmeldung von Abweichungen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen

Unsere Anforderungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Metallfacharbeiterausbildung oder mehrjährige
  • Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Vermessung (3D-Messtechnik) und
  • Qualitätssicherung
  • Erweitertes Verständnis von mehrdimensionalen Bauteilen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Programm FARO
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
  • Erfahrung in der Erstmusterprüfung
