Tätigkeit:

  • ·Durchführung messtechnischer Aufgaben an 3D-Messmaschinen
  • produktionsbegleitend im Schichtsystem

·Sie erstellen Messprogramme für Koordinatenmessmaschinen Zeiss und Mitutoyo.

·Sie verantworten die Vermessungen, entwickeln Aufnahmevorrichtungen und prüfen die Messberichte auf Plausibilität.

·Abstimmen der Messabläufe für die Fertigung

·Messungen auswerten und dokumentieren

·Feststellung und Korrigieren von Messabweichungen

·Arbeiten nach Prüfplänen und Zeichnungen

·Kalibrierung, Pflege und Wartung der messtechnischen Einrichtungen

Profilübersicht:

·Mindestens 3-jährige abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Ausbildungsberuf (Zerspanungsfacharbeiter, Industriemechaniker oder gleichwertig)

·Zusatzqualifikation zum Messtechniker wünschenswert

·Gutes mathematisches und technisches Verständnis

·Genaues und präzises Arbeiten

·Analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

·Strukturierte und selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

·Qualitätsbewusstsein

·mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erwünscht
