Die OTEC Oberflächentechnik GmbH ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit ca. 50 Mitarbeitenden auf dem Gebiet der Edelstahloberflächenbearbeitung mit Sitz in Düren.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir - in Vollzeit - für unsere Produktion und Fertigung (Abteilungsleitung/Arbeitsvorbereitung):

Metallbauer/in (m/w/d) oder ähnlichen Berufszweig als Schichtleiter/in (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Unterstützung unserer Werksleitung
  • Auftragsannahme, Kundenbetreuung und Beratung
  • Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen, Qualitätssicherung
  • Mitarbeiterführung

Sie bringen folgendes Profil mit:

  • Führungsqualität, -Erfahrung, Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Metallbereich, Verfahrens- und Anlagentechnik
