## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen unserer Bohrmaschinen und anderer Maschinen nach vorheriger Einweisung
  • Montage und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen anhand von Standardbelegen und Anleitungen
  • Betreuung und Überwachung der Fertigungsabläufe sowie Prüfen von Einzelteilen aus unserer Serienproduktion
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung / Aktualisierung / Revision der QM-Dokumentation
  • Optimierung und Überwachung von Fertigungsprozessen und Abläufen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Anleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung

## Ihr Profil:

  • Montage- und Produktionsmitarbeiter mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und souveräner Umgang mit konventionellen Bearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Erfassen von Fertigungsunterlagen und Zeichnungen
  • Selbständiges, strukturiertes und ziel- und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office Standardsoftware
  • Erfahrung mit Arbeiten mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung erwünscht
