Wir sind ein kleines Unternehmen mit Sitz in Nentershausen (Westerwald). Seit 2018 fertigen wir Stahlkonstruktionen aller Art für Privatkunden, Bauträger und Öffentliche Auftraggeber.

Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit stehen bei uns an erster Stelle für unsere Auftraggeber im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, Westerwald und Main-Taunus-Kreis.

Unser Betrieb beschäftigt aktuell 8 Mitarbeiter, welche sich um alle Aufgaben rund um die Fertigung, Montage und Planung im Stahlbereich kümmern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Kollegen/ Kollegin.

Aufgaben: 

Du übernimmst die technische und organisatorische Projektleitung und bist dir nicht zu schade, selbst mit anzupacken

  • Du bist der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden-von der Anfrage bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Du planst und steuerst die Abläufe in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Werkstatt und Montage
  • Du prüfst oder erstellst Zeichnungen (HiCAD-Kentnisse sind von Vorteil)
  • Du koordinierst Materialbestellungen, Termine, Fertigung und Montageeinsätze
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Projekte reibungslos, wirtschaftlich und termingerecht laufen
  • Du erstellst Angebote und steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung selbständig
  • Du koordinierst nicht nur, sondern packst auch selbst an, wenn es darauf ankommt, genau diese Einstellung suchen wir

Zu Dir: 

  • Erfahrung im Metallbau, Stahlbau oder ähnlichen Bereich
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Praxis in Projektleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Bauleitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD und Office-Tools
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
