1 neuen Kollegen (m/w/d) im Bereich Stahlbaumontage (Errichtung von Stahlgittermasten)

Um die Aufträge unserer Kunden auszuführen sind wir bundesweit unterwegs - Montag bis Freitag, meistens aber nur bis Donnerstag.

Neben einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung im handwerklichen Bereich ist vor allem Höhentauglichkeit (kann man im Vorfeld testen), Fernmontagebereitschaft (für Deutschland) und die Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B (PKW) eine zwingende Voraussetzung (bei der Fahrerlaubnis kann man auch Kompromisse finden).

Wir bieten Ihnen ein unbefristetes, abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsverhältnis in einem familiär geführten Unternehmen. Unser Entlohnungsmodell basiert auf Ihren Erfahrungen:

  • erfahrene Stahlbauer im Mastbau als Monteur: 18.00 € Stundenlohn
  • und erfahrener Truppführer im Mastbau: 20.00 € Stundenlohn

Zusätzlich erhalten alle Mitarbeiter Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld (beides zusammen ein 13. Lohn), doppelte Auslöse (28,00 € An- und Abfahrtstag; 56,00 € bei Fernmontagetätigkeit länger 24 Stunden)
