Unser Metallbaubetrieb in Neuschönau steht für hochwertige handwerkliche Arbeit im Stahl- und Metallbau. In unserer Werkstatt entstehen unter anderem Treppen, Geländer, Stahl-Glas-Überdachungen und Balkonanlagen, die Funktionalität und saubere Handwerksarbeit verbinden. Kurze Entscheidungswege, ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld und abwechslungsreiche Projekte zeichnen unseren Betrieb aus.

Wir suchen ab sofort und unbefristet eine Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) gerne auch mit Quereinsteiger/innen aus einem anderen Fachbereich.

### Sie bringen mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer / Schlosser oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Metall- bzw. Stahlbau von Vorteil
Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und handwerkliches Geschick
Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert

Als Quereinsteiger/in: 

Unterstützt du zuerst deine Kollegen und lernst alles von Anfang an
Nach einer gewissen Zeit erlernst du die einzelnen Verfahren und kannst somit selbständig arbeiten.

Dein Profil als Quereinsteiger/in: 

Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, bist ausreichend motiviert und Neues erlernen
Du hast eine Ausbildung in folgenden Bereichen absolviert: Metallbauer/in – Fachrichtung Nutzfahrzeuge; Metallbauer/in Fachrichtung Metallgestaltung oder als Anlagenmechaniker/in
sofern keine Ausbildung vorliegt:  Du hast bereits seit mehreren Jahren in diesem Bereich gearbeitet
