Das ortsansässige, mittelständige Unternehmen des Stahl-, Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus die Akson Stahlbau GmbH sucht zum

sofortigen Einstieg Schlosser / Schweißer/ Metallbauer (m/w/d).

Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Metall, sowie Berufserfahrung.

Wichtig:

Der Arbeitgeber gibt jedem motivierte/n Arbeitnehmer/in auch als Berufseinsteiger die Möglichkeit/Chance, sein Können unter Beweis zu stellen.

Aufgaben:

  • Teile nach Zeichnung zusammenbauen
  • Durchführung von MAG- Schweißungen an vormontierten Baugruppen (v.a.
  • Baustähle)
  • Nacharbeit/Ausbesserung Schweißnähte
  • Zusammenbau von Stahlkonstruktionen
  • Bedienen von Maschinen und Anlagen

Voraussetzungen:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker oder
  • Metallbauer (mit Berufserfahrung)
  • Bei Quereinsteigern sollte bereits erste Berufserfahrung vorhanden sein
  • Berufserfahrung wäre von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeiten nach Zeichnung
  • Erfahrung beim MAG- Schweißen von Metallbauteilen (v.a. Baustähle)
  • Gültiges Schweißerzeugnis erforderlich (MAG, Kehl- und Stumpfnähte, PA und PB)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten, körperliche Belastbarkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit

Angeboten wird ein unbefristetes, sozialversicherungspflichtiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis, in Vollzeit.

Die monatliche Vergütung möchte der Arbeitgeber gern im persönlichen Gespräch erörtern.
