Die Anlagenbau Sandersleben GmbH ist ein Stahlbauunternehmen mit rund 180 Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Wir fertigen komplexe Stahlbaukonstruktionen für den Maschinenbau – individuell nach Kundenwunsch. Ob Umwelttechnik oder Tunnelbau: Gemeinsam mit Partnerfirmen realisieren wir anspruchsvolle Projekte mit höchsten Qualitätsstandards. In unserem Werk decken wir den gesamten Fertigungsprozess ab – vom Rohmaterial bis zur Farbgebung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als Metallbauer (m/w/d) im 2- bis 3-Schichtsystem .

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung und Montage von Stahlbauteilen nach Zeichnung
  • Schweißen, Richten, Bohren, Schneiden – je nach Auftrag
  • Umgang mit modernen Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden Großprojekten

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer, Konstruktionsmechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Stahl- oder Maschinenbau wünschenswert
  • Schweißkenntnisse (MAG/WIG) sind ein Plus
  • Du kannst Zeichnungen lesen und hast handwerkliches Geschick
  • Schichtbereitschaft (2- bis 3-Schichtbetrieb)
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Lust auf Technik
