Für unseren Standort in Brackenheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Starttermin einen

**Metallbauermeister (m/w/d) **

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • ● Meister in der Produktion im Mehrschichtbetrieb
  • ● Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und Optimierung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Termine
  • ● Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von 5 bis 10 Mitarbeitern
  • ● Planung des Personaleinsatzes und der Maschinenbelegung
  • ● Anlernen der Mitarbeiter bei komplizierten Fertigungsteilen
  • ● Einhaltung der qualitativen, operativen und sicherheitstechnischen Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil
  • ● Ausbildung zum Metallbauermeister o.ä. und zum Schweißfachmann
  • ● Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einem Industriebetrieb
  • ● Zielorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • ● Konstruktives Denken
  • ● Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • ● Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse
