Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Brandenburg an der Havel eine/n qualifizierte/n Metallbauingenieur/in (m/w/d)

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Steuerung der internen Produktionsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung der Termineinhaltung und Wirtschaftlichkeit in Absprache mit dem Geschäftsführer
  • Projektabwicklung und Arbeitsvorbereitung je nach Berufserfahrung
  • Sie sind im Team voll integriert und arbeiten mit
  • Durchführung, Organisation und Mitarbeit bei Montagen
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen
  • Sicherstellen der Material- und Werkzeugverfügbarkeit in der gesamten Prozesskette
  • Regelmäßige Prüfung der Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung (Ordnung/Sauberkeit, Wartung der Anlagen)
  • Kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Metallbauhandwerk
  • Wünschenswert: Zusatzausbildung als Schweißfachmann und erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Schweißtechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Stahl- und Metallbau
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Teamfähig, kompetent, ausdauernd und belastbar, mit Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in der Produktion wie auch in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Organisatorisches Geschick und hohe Motivation
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerscheinklasse mind. Klasse B
