Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen motivierten und interessierten Mitarbeiter in der Schlosserei.

was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen und störungsfreien Produktionsablauf sowie sofortige Reparaturen bei Störungen während der Produktion
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Werkstattpersonals und deren Einsatzplanung
  • Qualitätsüberwachung und technische Verantwortung der Werkstattarbeiten
  • selbständiges Arbeiten nach Zeichnung im Bereich Stahlbau + Bauschlosserei
  • Ausführung von Schweißarbeiten (MAG / WIG)
  • Selbständige Montage von Stahlbauteilen sowie die Montageleitung
  • Unterweisung der Fachhelfer und Lehrlinge
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung in der Fertigung
