Wir stellen ein Metallbaumeister/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Unser Unternehmen sucht ab sofort motivierte, zukunftsorientierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter mit Teamgeist

Aufgaben:

  • Projektbearbeitung von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
  • Erstellen von Werkstattzeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Einsatz von Auto CAD sowie HiCad zur Modellierung, Zeichnungserstellung u. Doku
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden, Architekten und Lieferanten
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse in der Werkstatt u. Qualitätssicherung
  • Führung u. Anleitung des Werkstattteams, Arbeitsplanungen und Ressourcensteuerung
  • Erstellung von Fertigungs- und Montageunterlagen sowie Arbeitsabläufe

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbau, Schweißtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Metallbaumeister oder Techniker
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Metallbau/Projektbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HiCad bzw. CAD-Software
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Zeichnungserstellung, Normen und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Führungsqualitäten, Organisationsgeschick u. Problemlösungsorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten bzw. Baustelleneinsätzen
