Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, eines international führenden Unternehmen im Bereich Anlagenbau, suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Löten/Härten/Erodieren. Als Metallfacharbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie vertraut im Umgang mit Löt- und Härteöfen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie bereiten die Teile für das Löten und die Wärmebehandlung vor
  • Sie bedienen die Löt- und Härteöfen zur Wärmebehandlung von z. B. (korrosionsbeständigen) Nickelbasislegierungen und Zirkon-Bauteilen sowie die Erodieranlage
  • Sie sind für die Probenabwicklung zuständig
  • Sie dokumentieren die Arbeitsergebnisse auf vorgegebenen Formularen und im EDV-System
  • Sie sind für die selbständige Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen und Anlagen nach vorgegebenen Prüfplänen verantwortlich
  • Sie bedienen vertretungsweise die Reinigungsanlagen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit metallischen Werkstoffen
  • Grundkenntnisse Steuerungs-, Mess- und Vakuumtechnik
  • Kenntnisse über Gefügeveränderungen bei der Wärmebehandlung vorteilhaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
